No CSAT CAS or Attack-Defend options

im playing a mission where the Zeus is a BLUFOR player, but i have no options to callin CAS from CSAT plane, its just a blank space where CSAT should be out of the three.

Also, same thing when i place an attack/defend marker, the CSAT flag just isnt there? Hmmm
