is there a way to vote for admin in arma 3?

the title says it all. i'm planning to start an open server with vote for admin procedures, is there an option to do that like in arma 2 (shift + p)?

have the players type

#vote admin Playername

or #vote admin Userid

where userid is the first number in the row for a player entry when you type #userlist

in your server.cfg make sure you set a voting threshold, 25% or 33%
