How do i make a wreck model/LOD? And what would i need to put in to the .cpp?

I am currently working on a plane and have hit a point where i dont know how to make a wreck model, can anyone help me? Google searches and forums searches returned nothing :/

Place the aircraft/vehicle on the map

Set the health to zero

The vehicle will burn for a while. After the fire goes out the smoke will eventually stop as well.

The vehicle is now a wreck.

I dont know if that was supposed to be sarcastic or if you did not understand my question....I have a custom vehicle addon i'm working on, and when destroyed it just looks like the normal model...What i want, is that when i destroy it, it has a different look...a WRECK MODEL/LOD.
