Sound not working after crash

I was changing the render distance setting of the game and once I started to move the bar the entire game froze and then I accidentally closed my laptop and once I opened it it said game not responding and I wasn't able to hear any sound from my computer! No sound from my laptop speaker, earphones, external speakers or even my Bluetooth speakers! I've tried restarting. My computer which did. I thing I've tried re-installing drivers and nothing I troubleshooting my sound which found no errors and I even did a system restore which after that still didn't work! I'm completely out of options and have no idea what to do.
