No entry.... .name sound Error when creating custom vest

Hello!

I am trying to create a custom unit for arma 3. I have got the uniform working great, But when i try to add the vest to the config file i get the error: "No entry 'config.bin/CfgWeapons/example_PlateCarrier1_rgr.nameSound'."

Any help would be extremely helpfull.

The code currently looks like this:
