In each of these Factions, we have an Orbat which an Admin can update for you and your Squad. Your Squad will be allocated a room within the TS channel and you will have your own Forum thread too. The concept is that these Factions play with each other on the Server and some nights we have TVT. Give us a try, the TS channel is very sociable place to be even if you just enjoy Arma Chat.
