Sorry if im beening a bit blunt. but your thread titile is misleading.

Normaly when people get hired. there is some sort of payment involved for the work they do.

I and i bet many others do not consider a (Administrator tag and Head Developer tag) as payment. ;)

Maybe contact a moderator to change your misleading thread title to something like. Recruiting Developers / Developers Wanted.
