Help with multiplayer Weapon

With the mission editor I have created a mission, which is then exported to mission for several online players, however when I start the server he gives me a maximum of players 1/1 and no one joins the game and the maximum is single player.

Any tips?

My guess is that the other units in the players group or other groups are marked "Not Playable". Go back into the editor and click on each unit that you want to be playable and change the setting in the "Control" box to Playable.
