Where might i download these utilities?

Ok, so I found a nice tutorial (by EJ Will) about retexturing OFP objects, units, etc. The tutorial calls for a number of programs, some I have, some I don't.

Can anyone post an active link (not OFPEC) to download Unpack-SQM and p3d swap, or a utility with an equivalent function?

And in a completely unrelated vein, how does one take screenshots in Medal of Honor:AA, or, for that matter, OFP?
