mrcash2009 0 Posted November 7, 2013 (edited) Just thought I would post/start a thread based on the theme of long plays and walkthroughs (good ones) based on all games. So I found this great YT homepage for World Of Longplays based on all old skool amiga/spectrum/old console games with lots of long plays to reminisce: http://www.youtube.com/user/cubex55/videos?view=1&flow=grid For example this was the very first personal computer game I ever saw at a friends house and was able to play (Kempston Joystick!) back in 1983 and was the first time I ever saw a spectrum/personal computer ... and I was amazed :) And yes I did cheat and use the "rapid fire" switch throughout ... you had to love rapid fire. Check your volume before pressing play, after all this is early audio on spectrum .. If anyone else has some good ones no matter of the game then feel free to post. I would post Dyslexi page for arma play but lets face it they are not strictly on topic and would win hands down :) Edited November 7, 2013 by mrcash2009
instagoat 133 Posted November 14, 2013 I hate anything with commentary. Most people are unfunny, and are really distracting from the story. It only works for stuff like birgirpalls "I broke" series, which isn'T really walkthroughs. I´m there for the game, not the person who is talking over the footage. Unfortunately, especially with new games, you rarely find pure playthroughs without voiceovers.
mrcash2009 0 Posted November 15, 2013 Point taken and very true, but I think World Of Longplays might be the best then becuase that has none and covers so many old games to reminisce. Then again, if you do have a good one and dont mind then post some .. or not :)
