Scripts not saving when uploading mission to Steam Workshop

Hi all,

I have ran into a problem with a mission I am trying to upload to the Steam Workshop through the editor.

My mission has about 5 scripts with it. When I play the mission through the preview of the editor it works as it should.

When I export it to single player through the editor it works as it should.

When I export it to the Steam Workshop, subscribe and play the scripts don't work, which causes the mission not to function as it should.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have also tried to use a .PBO creator to create a PBO from my mission folder. Which works but then I don't know how to just upload the PBO file to the Steam Workshop.

Any help or ideas would be great.
