Quick radio commands - no voice. How to?

Once I managed to disable voice from the radio leaving it text based only, so the AI reacts much faster to it, but I've forgotten %) which file I edited and what lines I removed. Can anyone remind me this procedure?

IIRC it's the class words inside the class cfgvoice where for example :

micOut[] = {"Mic_Out1"};

became

micOut[]={""};
