Dedicated Server Mission Freezes on Loading Screen But doesn't crash

I have a dedicated server for ARMA 3. When we put any mission on, we start up the server with the mission, get everyone in their roles and we hit start. It loads to the full end of it for everyone but it is then stuck on that loading screen until we ALT-F4, and all rejoin the server again. I don't know why this keeps happening and it's a huge pain for I am in a tactical Milsim unit and this doesn't make us look professional, or ready to handle people playing with us. Has anyone else had this issue and has resolved it? Our server is using TADST for launching our server(s).

What happens is we get all the people ready and then we hit start. The mission shows the loading screen and it loads to the end but doesn't actually start the mission. I hear it's due to a description.ext, but I don't know precisely how to configure that.
