Hello, there are my specs:

i7 quad-core 950

I didnt understand why i get this FPS. Can anynone help me? What's wrong?

I get same FPS with LOW Settings to ULTRA. I said SAME!

Did you see your CPU muti and Speed! Why do you have a 14x muti on a 950? a 134bus x 14 = 187x~hz OR your CPU is running @ 1.8ghz

Need to figure out your kit. Understand power settings and C-states. Bios settings.

You can OC, or at least keep all four cores at the same speed ,as your Turbo speed. Turbo is only one core...

Look up "coreparking". And start with this prog to play with C-states and see your cores working; http://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/

With that comes "i7 Turbo GT" you can in real time/windows change settings.

Yes, i made a try with Hyper OFF but its same :(

I have already unparked core, i read it on steam few dai after 1.02
