Artillery Support Module Broken?

I have added a virtual piece of artillery to my mission. But when I play it in MP and call it in, the rounds never land, or the right amount don't land. Heres my example mission for you to see if I am right, or if its just me having done something wrong in the editor.

I know the mortar is out of range so don't worry about that. Its the M4 and M5 pieces that seem to do it, with the MLRS never landing ANY rounds on the target I have specified when I call it in via the module. The M4 seems to not drop all the rounds I have asked for (doesn't matter on the round type). The paradrop of supplies via the ghosthawk works fine however.
