FPS drop with team commands

Title. Just tried to use the squad leader orders and my fps dropped from 3x to 1~5fps.

I'm playing on AMD FX6300, 8gb (2x4gb) gskill sniper @ 1866mhz, ASUS 7770 DirectCU 1GB DRR5

EDIT:

Not to mention the all-time-crashes
