FPS problems on Multiplayer

Hello, I just bought Arma 3 today and I have a problem with the FPS in Multiplayer. As a test, I put the Graphics Setting to Low. When I am in a Singleplayer Mission, my FPS is around 85. Now, when I log onto any Multiplayer Mission my FPS drops to around 15 (even without changing the Graphics and still having them on Low). Now, that seems very strange and I would appreciate if someone might have an idea on how to fix this.

My PC Specs are:

Windows 7 64 Home Premium

ASUS AM3+ M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard

AMD FX-8320 Eight-Core Processor

Sapphire Radeon HD7790 1GB Graphics

Corsair 16GB DDR3 RAM

[all latest drivers installed]

Any advice would be most welcome.
