Is it possible to disable Therma Sight on Vehicles?

Hi there is it possible to disable the therma sight on vehicles etc.?

I want to build some missions with armored vehicles but with thermal vision is hard to balance right...

It will probably require a mod. Try looking up someone from the Rolling Thunder tank battle community and ask how they do it.
