how do i get ACRE working in custom insurgency mission

can anyone help i can not seem to get ACRE to work in my custom insurgency mission. it will work from the desk top but when i load it on to my server i can not select a radio or get the transmitting box in the right corner. I am running all the mods on the server @ace @cba_co and so on. and also when i drop a ARCE radio box on the map it corrupts the map. pleas help.
