Why are there no clear easy to find patch notes?

I get the dev branch update thread, but what about "real" official updates on steam?

There was a 70mb patch just now. What was that? Was that the old dev branch update? Was it the amazing Altis memory leak fix patch?

Some info would be nice.

That patch is mentioned in the dev branch update thread. It was accidental... And, they said they took that patch back, so you're probably just experiencing a placebo effect.
