Game Minimises to task bar on launch

Since upgrading my hard drive to an SSD everytime I now launch A3 it minimises to the task bar, if I reopen a few times and click on the screen while openning I eventually get in the game, its weird as I think I can also see a notification window of sorts that is coming up but there is nowhere to click it so I may be getting lucky as I click madly when it opens.

I have verified files through steam, deleted my Arma3.cfg and this all makes no difference.

Anyone else get this or had this problem fixed ?

Deleted and redownloaded, seems to have worked for now.

Well you have to start the game as an administrator. So click Properties and choose administrator.

That will solve the problem.
