David77 10 Posted September 13, 2013 (edited) With light transports (IE; Ifrit), if I run into / through a small, flemsy picket type fence, it cuts a tire down & destroys the motor. Yet I can run into and uproot a large tree with no problems. This is bassackwards. Also, if you're boogying along & catch a little air, chances are when you land you're going to ruin a wheel & tire. I mean... I'm not expecting to jump my vehicle off of a cliff and be all dandy. But getting 3-4 foot of air isn't a big deal. Especially since it's 2035. With the cush suspensions & nearly indestructible wheels & tires. Tires that (even now in 2013) are self healing & self inflating to boot. Not to mention suspension components for military vehicles in 2035 would at minimum, be using metals such as titanium (or even beryllium). Point is...
