arma 2 ace scripting help

I have a suicide vest script but i need to make it so that if the opfor player with the vest gets handcuffed by a player all added actions go away. thank you.

Give the Opfor-player who's wearing the vest a name (e.g. Bomberman)

Create a trigger

Axis a/b: 0

Repeateadly

Condition: Bomberman getVariable ["ace_sys_interaction_cuffed",false]);

OnAct: ?

What are the added actions? And what unit are they attached to?
