Feedback Tracker: Account "already being used."

Not really sure where to look for help on this so I'll post it here:

I can't log in to the feedback tracker. It says my account is in use elsewhere. However, this shouldn't be the case. AND if it is, why can't I just kick the other logged in system off? How do I go about logging in with this issue?

I think this may mean as in, it already exists ;s

Have you tried resetting the password and seeing if you get an email for that account?

Well of course it exists, that should let me freakin' log in if it exists... lol.

I'll try resetting the password, maybe that'll jostle it or whatever.

Hey, that worked! I reset the password and managed to log on just fine. Cheers!
