Can you add Optics to Pistol?

Can you add any kind of optics to a pistol? I see the greyed out icon in Inventory I just can't find the 'this' statement to do it

Any help appreciated

I have found the command, I think, I just don't know the class name now

unit addSecondaryWeaponItem item

The pistol itself has to support such an attachment, but right now none of the official pistols (P07, Rook-40, ACP-C2) support optics; RH Pistol pack for Arma 3 has a FNP 45 that supports its own micro red dot sight (MRDS) but due to how Arma 3's attachment system works, it's exclusive to that one pistol at the moment.
