CLR keys script

Okay so what i would like to know if anyone else has this. But i am making a Life RPG mission and you know when you are playing one you hit tab and you see something like CLR Keys on/off ZLR KEys on/off etc...I can not find the Script for this anywhere and was wondering if i could get some assistance. Thank you.
