Interesting command issueing in The Bureau - XCOM

Hey, we all know how complicated commanding may be. "The Bureau: XCOM declassified" is kinda FPS/tactical XCOM... You have to issue commands to your squad mates there, please have a look how it's done there... May not be totally sufficient for ArmA, but anyway, maybe its interesting. You can stack commands there AFAICS. What do you think?

Menu looks good, but too slow. Arma requires high speed menu to be able to manipulate under fire. But Arma need reworked menus anyway...
