Helicopter: PIP map/optics and new commands for the pilot

I would love to see a better interaction with helicopter pilots:

-when commander and grouped with a helicopter you should have the action "land" in your command menu.

-when flying in a helicopter as commander in the gunner seat you should have improved steering commands: "e" full speed forward until ordered "s" stop. If you press "w,s,a,d" while hovering you fly forward, backward, turn, higher, lower only as long as you press the button. This would make it easier for novices to fly helicopters (via the AI) without watering down the flight model. It would also make it more fun to fly SP as a gunner.

The engine supports PIP and the most important features still missing in the game are:

- a working MFD supporting a MAP including way points

- a working MFD supporting a picture of the gunners optics

With these features implemented helicopters would get a huge upgrade!
