Roardk 10 Posted July 2, 2013 Alright so after a long break i decide to reinstall Arma 2 OA , with the intend to see if DayZ is more or less Hacker Free since last i played I delete Registry files of Arma 2 OA and all other old paths i can find for a fresh install, i'm sitting happily installing patch 1.6, patch 1.62 then about to hit beta patch required for DayZ i get this error What the heck can i do ? i already reinstall'd the game, and i know the CD key is valid On the pic you can see the patches , 1.59 to 1.6, 1.6 to 1.62 and the beta patch i got off your site Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

sibbo 10 Posted October 27, 2013 (edited) formated my harddrive after a computer upgrade, then when i reinstalled my arma2 + arma 2 oa i was so lucky as to get the wrong cd key error when using DZC. this problem has persisted for 2 weeks now. i have been hunting for a fix but to no avail. i have arma2 + oa+ baf. all bought through steam. im guessing i have downloaded and deleted the game about 3 times per day on average. ive tried so many 'solutions' but alas here i am typing in sheer desperation. had to shave my head 5 days back to prevent myself from tearing my hair out.
