0xygen 2 Import error from 3DS max

I have modelled a vest in 3DS max then i exported and imported it into oxygen 2 however it dosent work. When i go to import into oxygen 2 i get this error:

mesh name 'default' has not found. 3DS integrity error

I havent had this problem before. Any help would be great thanks...

I've had this error in the past and found that once I updated my max and insured the export properties were set correctly it all worked fine.. What version of 3ds max do you use and what are your export settings?

I can guarantee it is not a max version related, unless we talking before Max 7 (all next ones from 8, 9 to 2009 -> 2014) there is no issue with 3ds or obj export. I would bet the error is with the mesh. But i can only guess based on the detailed information provided
