TSAndrey 1 Posted June 30, 2013 Altis will be released in the final version of the game, but they will probably stage it on the Beta development branch a few weeks before the final release!

vilas 477 Posted June 30, 2013 and when we will play with acceptable FPS? frames per second or first person shooter ? if frames per second than what is acceptable ? 30 ? than in offtopic you have Arma and PC topic , Arma is game which depends more on CPU , if you have Intel i5 3570K, 2500K etc. (desktop not laptop) you should get high FPS, but go with PC topic issues to Offtopic section , cause moderation will move you and close this topic if here you will be asking about things which are discussed in Offtopic section and PC-thread there

I think the problem is the Server machines (the hosters) for first time i joined a night server and i had 12 FPS. this is tragic srsly .like you said only Arma 3.. and the weird is, the game uses only the 65% of my CPU something goes wrong with the game for me or maybe because i have AMD powered PC. because Bohemia's hardware partner is Nvidia . Depending on the video settings I can get between ~25fps and maybe 80fps if I accept an awful viewing distance. I didn't try the max fps I can get with lowest settings, because for me seeing the bullets on long distance shoots is more important than a few fps. It still (or ever will) highly depends on the server+map you are playing on. So I don't see any reason why you should expect like 70fps if there are way faster systems than yours and a lot of possibilites to configure the game for your system. rotekz 10 Posted July 1, 2013 (edited) MP performance is highly dependant on the coding of the game mode that the server is running. On a well scripted version of domination, Invade & Annex or Sa-Matra's Wasteland I can get up to 60fps at 2560x1600 with very high/ultra settings using a single GTX680. It rarely drops below 40fps. Other versions of Wasteland struggle to hit 30fps. Edited July 1, 2013 by rotekz
