Died in Single player mission no options for replay/end mission

Hi all

I'll attach a screenshot as it explains the problem better than I can articulate. Basically I've been playing the combined operation showcase and suddenly found after quite a few games that when I die I no longer get the box bottom right giving me the choice to go back to the main page or revert to a saved point. I reinstalled the entire game and deleted the cache etc and it worked again for a while but now the problem is back. I haven't seen anyone else mention this so I could post it to the bug tracker but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has experienced this yet? Basically I have to CTRL ALT DELETE and kill Arma and then restart.

Also I am not sure how to enable error logging so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'll be able to upload an error log as well.

I think it is related to the save game points. I noticed after installing some mods that if I reverted to a save point (rather than restarting the game from the beginning) all my mods switched off.

I then tested by playing the game until I was killed and then always starting a new game and I haven't had either problem since.

Are you using addons? Did you try without them?

The problem occurred before I used the addons but the fact that using a save game caused my addons to switch off made me think there is a bug/problem with the revert to save point function.

Now I always start each mission from scratch and haven't had the problem since.
