Weird stuttering when driving cars

Sometimes when i drive a car (doesn't matter which one) the game periodically slows down (almosts stops). It feels really weird because FPS is still the same, it looks more like an internet lag, but it happens in singleplayer. First I thought it might have been because of PIP but turning it off didn't help and also I don't have this issue with other vehicles. Does anyone have the same problem? And do you know what causes it?

Thanks, it's a little bit better (or it's just a placebo :)), but still far from smooth.

i have the same problem, its most obvious while driving cars but it also appears on foot or while flying near ground level, its not like regular stuttering its more like someone repeatedly decreases and increases the replayspeed of a video, id really really really like to get rid of it, i also experienced this problem in arma2, i think is might have something to do with LOD and objects loading...

the framerate doesnt drop really significantly and not for long, just slight periodical fluctuations in fps

i run arma3 on ssd and got vsync disabled...

EDIT: also tryed to search the forums on that but its a bit tricky do disticnt this specific issiue from others in a search...

I have a horrendous issue while driving a car, when my game with stutter and freeze for upto 8 seconds, but when I'm outside of a vehicle it is perfectly fine.

Anyone having this issue?
