PhysX3_x86.dll missing

I get error: Program couldn't launch, PhysX3_86.dll missing from the computer. I am using amd radeon videocard.

Also I have tried -nobenchmark and -winxp launchoptions + running as admin

if it is missing than u have to re install the game!

if it is crashing than just wait until they will fix it!
