Placebo 29 Posted June 25, 2013 This forum is not an official means of support for the store, as indicated on the store website the appropriate procedure is to open a support ticket, I see your issue was resolved so it would have been polite to have updated this thread to save someone spending time looking into a resolved matter (one of the reasons this forum is not a means of support for the store).
