ARMA gold version graphics glitch and blocky textures

so i just bought this game yesterday and its all fricked up i will just let the pictures talk by themself

and its not my laptop since i can run arma 2

so someone pleas help and if someone from bohemia is watching this plz make a solution

I already made a fix for this. kindly check it first before you post something. if that doesn't work to you, buy a new COMPUTER. also, using "search" would make it VERY EASY to YOU.
