White textures?! e.g gun, rocks, soldiers, buildings

I recently bought arma 3, however when I play the game therea re missing textures (view link below) do any of you know why the textures aren't loading?

P.s I don't usually have the video quality that bad, I had just lowered it to see if it would make any difference.

I only saw it on part of a vest, and only one vest at that. Though, occasionally shadows will get weird and make wheels appear black at some angles and normal otherwise, or similar.

Post your computer specs.

Make sure your drivers are all up to date.

Try running the Dev build right click on Arma 3 > properties > betas > select development build.

Verify the game cache Right click on arma 3 > properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache

Do you have any mods or addons running?
