Day/Night

What is setting on dedicated server to adjust day/night time settings. Like if i want to make it Night for only 1 hour on server and 23 hours daylight how can i do that ?

Will that make it daytime 24/7 ?

Id like to have a very short nighttime perion.

Without scripting, setting the date to 21 of june should give you the shortest nights. However as said, it is a mission setting, not a server setting.
