Arma 3 multiplayer servers not showing up

Anyone know how to fix this I tried installing the dev build on steam and thats when it happened I turned back to the old build still no servers and then I reinstalled the game and STILL no servers so i'm lost now can anyone help? :/

Are you using a software firewall? It could be that the new program isn't allowed access to the internet.
