arma 3 multiplier not loading

when i go to join a game on arma 3 multiplier the map appears on the screen but the game doesnt load this is my first time on arma and i would like to know if their is something im doing wrong and if not then how can i fix it

It's a common bug when joining servers. I noticed that this happens when joining a server with a high ping, or if the server went down the moment you decided to join. Best thing to do is to refresh the list and find a different server.
