Need help with Event Score Editing

Hey guys I'm designing a mission that involves making package delivery a lot more exciting and want to set up some sort of event that would award points to players who successfully deliver a package (will probably use the "stone" for this) from one box to another. I want to set it up so that the police team will be awarded points for killing persons carrying packages but wont be awarded if they kill a player who isn't carrying a package. I've been told this involves the add event command but I have no Idea where to start looking. Sorry for the noobitity thanks in advance.

You need to obtain carrier from killed event and check if he has package or not at the moment of death.
