Civilian Sites Module

Does anyone know how i can add an Event handler to all Civilians that spawn using the Module ?

i.e this was what i used in A2

_ALICE setVariable [ "ALICE_civilianinit", [{_this addEventHandler ["Killed", {_this execVM "civilians\civdeath.sqf";} ]; }] ];

Cannot seem to find anything on it
