Rear Suspension Sag

Recommended Posts

I haven't found any fix for this problem yet, so here it is. Basically all that is happening is when you start the vehicle the rear suspension sags. I have tried messing with different suspension variables with no luck, maybe you guys could help me out here because I am lost.

Config.cpp

Model.cfg

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

suspTravelDirection[] = {0,-1,0};

try lower by .25 maybe -0.75 or -0.50 see if it effects

No luck with that, I tried all the way down to .25 with no success.

i dont see a simulation in the .cpp

are you inheriting "carX" or "CAR" simulation ?

"CarX" without Phsyx lod can give crap issues ( if you can get it binarised without crashing that is)

"Car" simulation with Physx .cpp attributes i guess can cause issues too .

I'm inheriting the Car simulation as far as I know.

Hmm i tried a model with Car , had very similar problems , i think the new engine interact so different , its now pure geometry on geometry , when physx because i mad roadway Lod for a bridge and it fell through the road the BIS physx or "CarX" but my Car simulation didnt .

maybe ask a dev in addons and mod discussion there is a sticky for vehicles , he may answer there ? if nobody her has solution
