What video memory setting shall I select?

Here are the options highlighted in yellow, I've tried selecting different ones but they don't seem to make much difference, so shall I just stick to 'Normal'?

What are they for anyway?

I would have said V/High at one point in the past. But with the game improvements, owing to the beta’s over the last few months or so, I would say ‘Default’.:).
