pooroldspike 129 Posted April 16, 2013 I've just come back to AA2 and AO after a year and can't believe how rusty I am, can somebody remind me whether the AI gunner of your tank is supposed to auto-engage targets? At the moment he just sits looking at enemy units in plain view without engaging them, so I have to kick him out of his seat and take his position to fire the gun myself. kireta21 13 Posted April 16, 2013 Gunner will (or at least should) engage targets by himself with MG and autocannon, but needs to be ordered to use maingun or ATGM. pooroldspike 129 Posted April 16, 2013 (edited) Wow thanks that's woken him up and made him fire the main gun! Just a couple of things since installing the file:- when booting up AA2 I now get the message- Requires addon CA_AIR_E_MQ9PredatorB, and when booting up AO I get the message- Requires addon A_Crane_02 I click 'OK' to get rid of the messages and the game continues to load and play fine, with the gunner now awake. kireta21 13 Posted April 16, 2013 If you're launching via shortcut, make sure ArmA2 is loaded as well. If I remember well, using this method disables build-in mod manager, that is supposed to load ArmA2 content by default. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
