Reasonable values for arma2oa.cfg

In the past, players have been experienced desync on our servers. That may be due to the settings I've done in the arma2oa.cfg.

The public server runs Patrol Ops with ~15-20 players online at the same time. The privat server runs a custom mission with ~20-30 players online at the same time. Both servers run parallel.

My config values are:

MaxBandwidth=25165824;
MaxMsgSend=512;

MinErrorToSend=0.0020000001;
MaxCustomFileSize=0;
Windowed=0;

The server has some power, so it should'nt be related to that. MinBandwith is 1MB/swhile MaxBandwith is 3 MB/s ( is that to low? ).

I'm unsure about MaxMsgSend, MaxSizeGuaranteed, MaxSizeNonguaranteed and MinErrorToSend since I dont know in what way this settings affect the performance, so I left them at the value suggested in the wiki-article.

Any tips on how to improve this, or even errors found? I'd like to know other server-admins opinion and suggestions.
