Had my cores unparked well before Alpha released. This isn't a performance fix, the only performance fix that can come is from Bohemia themselves.

You can also turn off core parking in the bios. Setting windows to "high performance" in the power options supposedly does the same. I use that to keep the turbo on to get the 21 multi on my i5 750
