However, I now have 2 orders paid for Arma 3 supporters edition (and therefore 2 steam keys, however I've only used one and only want one). So I want these guys to refund me the amount they debited me. I already emailed support[at]bistudio.com about this 6 days ago, but I still did not receive a reply.
