Stuck at 99% Downloading from Steam

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but it is driving me nuts!

I purchased Arma III on Saturday from Steam and started downloaded instantly. I've been stuck at 99% downloaded for days now. I've done everything I can think of and everything I can find off Google.

-Restarted Steam dozens of times

-Verified files

-Deleted and redownloaded Arma III

-Deleted all Steam Files and redownloaded Arma III

I think I've narrowed down the issue to the Patch File that is downloaded with the game. My game content download is the correct size, but the patch file is only 2kb.

I've put a support ticket in with Steam, but I haven't heard back... That was Saturday.

If someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to play this game with my friends.

Exit and completely shut down Steam. Go into your Steam Directory, find your clientRegistry.blob file and rename it (example clientRegistryOLD.blob). Restart Steam. Try again.

Don't delete your install. Just see if it completes now.

Nope, nothing.

Same as before it dances between Suspended and Downloading, but stays at the 99%

Any other suggestions?

Probably crazy against the rules, but swapping download servers and waiting an hour did the trick.

Thanks for the help anyway though.
