surfaceIsWater broken?

I have tried testing to see if the surface my character is on is water or not using "surfaceIsWater". It seems to be returning true all the time:confused:.

Does anyone have experience with this "surfaceIsWater"?

while {surfaceIsWater position player} do {sleep 1; hint "Hey bro, your standing in water, your kicks are getting wet!"}

while {!surfaceIsWater position player} do {sleep 1; hint "Hey bro, your standing on land, your kicks are not getting wet anymore!"}
